Here's a few tips for building cars: Watch your drag co efficient, lower drag equals a faster car Try to keep your critical speed around 20mph above your estimated top speed,anything above is ok but unneeded when choosing a motor ,look at the bore and stroke, short stroke=higher peak torque, long stroke=more torque at low speeds watch engine enertia, lower numbers means engine rotates faster,meaning more top speed, BUT higher means more torque try to maintain a 70% brake bias when installing brakes, if under rear wheels will lock up and rear will spin around easier on you adding 20lbs to your car for more torque is ok,but more weight for no torque is worthless,you wont see it rollbar is this game has no weight effect on car,but will reduce aero damage if you wreck window tint,fuzzy dice,etc out of detail shop,each item adds 2 lbs to your car try for a 54% weight bias,anything under sucks,being over is ok but try to keep as close to 54% as possible,was told 54 was sweet spot in the game most of this can be seen in your stats in workshop at lower right hand corner,you'll have to look thru to find each item
